How do my students use QR codes to sign in?

**QR codes do not work on tablets (iPads, etc.)**

We're working on adding QR code sign in capabilities to tablets. We'll let you know as soon as it's live!

Every student on Front Row has a QR code. You can access them by doing the following:

  1. Sign in to your teacher account at classroom.frontrowed.com
  2. Go to the 'Manage Roster' page.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of your roster page and click on the 'Print Login Cards' button.
  4. Your login cards have your student's QR codes. Print them out to use them!

Signing In with a QR Code

  1. Go to student.frontrowed.com and click on the QR code button at the bottom.

  2. If you haven't enabled your webcam on your Chromebook or other computer, you'll need to do that first.

Each browser looks a little different, but in general, you'll need to click an 'Allow' button that pops down near the top of the page.

If you're having trouble with your webcam, scroll down to learn how to enable it.

  3. Hold your QR code up to the camera.
